Our shop
Made at the bench, not off a screen
Ingrid Halvorsen started Tamarack in 2011 selling bouquets from the back of a pickup at the Northfield farmers market, and moved into the Division Street shop in 2016. Today Ingrid, Dev and Lucy make every order in the workroom behind the counter.
We buy from Minnesota growers in season and from a wholesaler in Minneapolis the rest of the year, and the photos on this site show the style of what we make, not a catalog we sell from.

Holiday centerpiece night

An evening at the bench: make a candle centerpiece for your table in fresh greens and berries. Wine and cider on the side.
