Sympathy
Sympathy and funeral flowers
We know you’re sending these in a hurry and perhaps from far away. Tell us who, where and when, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What a funeral order needs
For a funeral order, we need four things:
1. The name of the person who died
2. The funeral home or church and its town
3. The date and time of the service or visitation
4. The name you want on the card, such as “The Walker family”
Add your phone number, and we call if the funeral home has a question. We deliver an hour before the service and deliver free to funeral homes, churches and the hospital in Northfield or Dundas. We never post an order’s details publicly.
For a service tomorrow morning, order by 4 pm today. For a service today, call us at (507) 555-0142 and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Sympathy questions
How do I send flowers to a funeral home?
Order online or call. We need the name of the person who died, the funeral home or church and its town, and the date and time of the service or visitation. Order by 4 pm the day before for a morning service; for a service the same day, call us. Delivery to a funeral home in town is free.
What if I don’t know the service details yet?
Call us at (507) 555-0142 or send what you know, and we’ll call the funeral home to confirm. Please don’t guess a time: a wrong one can mean flowers that arrive after the service. We’d rather take a day to get it right.
Do you deliver to a cemetery or a family’s home?
Yes to a family’s home, at the regular fee for the town. For a graveside service we deliver to the cemetery office or the funeral home that’s handling it, and we call to confirm first. A funeral home, church or the hospital in Northfield or Dundas is free.
Rather talk it through?
Call us at the shop. We’ll help you choose, and we take sympathy orders by phone.
