How we work
Two weddings a weekend, and not a third
We take two weddings a weekend so that the flowers for each are cut, conditioned and made by the same people who deliver and set them up. That means asking early: 6 to 12 months ahead is usual, and Saturdays in June, September and October go first.
A $250 deposit holds your date, paid by a secure link we email. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding, and we put every price in writing before you pay anything.

Events and office flowers, too
A dinner, a memorial, a business opening or weekly flowers for an office, a lobby or a restaurant table. We’ll quote it after a short call, and for regular orders we set a weekly price so that it’s never a surprise.

Yes. Send the wedding date, venue and budget on our weddings page, or book a free 45-minute consultation. We reply within two business days. We take two weddings a weekend, so ask 6 to 12 months ahead, and a $250 deposit holds your date.
Do you set up and take down at the venue?
We deliver and set up the ceremony and reception flowers, and we pick up our vases after, which is included in the delivery and setup fee on your proposal. If your venue needs them out earlier, we’ll plan around that.
What does the deposit cover, and is it refundable?
The $250 deposit holds your date and comes off your final bill. It’s refundable until we’ve begun your proposal, which is within a week of the consultation. After that it’s kept, because we’ve turned other couples away for that date.
